Exit & Data Portability Policy

1. Purpose
This policy defines StratPro360’s approach to supporting clients upon termination or expiry of services, ensuring continuity, data integrity, and orderly transition.

2. Data Ownership
All client data stored or processed within the StratPro360 platform remains the property of the client at all times.

3. Data Access Upon Exit
Upon termination of services, and subject to settlement of outstanding fees:
- Clients shall be granted reasonable access to retrieve their data
- Data will be provided in a commonly used, machine-readable format
- Retrieval methods and timelines shall be agreed in writing

4. Transition Support
At the client’s request, StratPro360 may provide reasonable transition assistance, including data extraction support, subject to agreed fees and timelines.

5. Data Retention and Deletion
Following completion of the data extraction process:
- Client data shall be securely deleted from StratPro360 systems within an agreed period, unless retention is required by law or regulation
- Deletion shall be performed in accordance with secure data disposal practices

6. Regulatory Considerations
Where the client is subject to regulatory or audit requirements, StratPro360 will reasonably cooperate to support compliance during and after service termination.
